Two people have been killed after a bakkie overturned in the Theescombe area of Port Elizabeth on Monday morning.
Police spokesperson, Captain Johan Rheeder, says its alleged that the driver lost control over the vehicle, which was carrying seven people at the back.
He says the other passengers were injured and taken to hospital.
According to Rheeder one person was declared dead on the scene and the other died on his way to hospital.
A case culpable homicide dockets have been opened.
