Two people were killed in an accident on Old Cape Road near St Albans outside Gqeberha on Sunday morning.
Police spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg says a white Mitshubishi Lancer was found in bushes after a resident alerted the Kabega Park police.
She says it is alleged that the driver lost control of the vehicle and it overturned.
Captain Janse van Rensburg says the driver and a passenger were declared dead at the scene.
The names of the deceased have not been released.
Police are investigating a case of culpable homicide.
