Two men accused of shooting and killing a Nelson Mandela Bay e-hailing taxi driver last week appeared in the New Brighton Magistrates Court.
The 23-year-old Bathandwa Jabavu, and 29-year-old Wandile Gawu, appeared in court on Thursday following their arrest earlier this week.
National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson, Anelisa Ngcakani, says 30-year-old Garrison Snayers, died after he was shot multiple times in Madala Street in New Brighton, inside the Suzuki vehicle he used to drop off clients.
She says Jabavu was arrested in Ngqolomba Street on Tuesday, while Gawu was already in custody for an attempted murder case over the weekend.
Ngcakani says their bail application was postponed until next week.
A third suspect was also arrested in connection with the murder but is yet to appear in court.
