Two in court for alleged arson attack

Two men are expected to appear in court in Plettenberg Bay today following an arson attack on a municipal office.

The men, aged 22 and 27, were arrested on Saturday night shortly after they allegedly threw an incendiary device into a municipal building in Sewell Street.

Police say extensive damage was caused to the building.

The motive for the arson attack is not known.
