Two Elliotdale police members to appear in court for murdering station commander

Two Eastern Cape police officers, accused of killing their station commander, were expected to appear in the Elliotdale Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
The 41-year-old warrant officer and 37-year-old constable, both stationed at the Elliotdale police station, faced a charge of murder.
They were arrested on December 31.
On that day their two co-accused, aged 46 and 33 appeared in court charged with the same crime.
All four were expected to appear in court on Tuesday.
53-year old Lt-Col Nomalizo Dukumbane was shot from behind on the doorstep of her Elliotdale home as she returned from work on the evening of December 17.
She died at the scene.
Dukumbane served in the SA Police Service for more than 30 years.
