Two EC teenagers arrested for illegal circumcision

Eastern Cape police have arrested two teenagers for unlawfully performing a circumcision near Ngqeleni.

Spokesperson, Captain Dineo Koena says the two were arrested this week, after they allegedly unlawfully circumcised a 16-year old boy at the weekend.

The two suspects, aged 18 and 19, will appear in the Ngqeleni Magistrate's Court on Friday.
