Two people have been killed in an accident on the N-10 near Paterson in the Eastern Cape.
Provincial Traffic spokesperson, Charles Bramwell, said an articulated truck travelling from the Olifantskop Pass collided with a light-delivery vehicle at the intersection from Addo towards Paterson on Thursday.
He said the truck dragged the LDV for about 60m before coming to a stop.
Bramwell said the two people in the LDV died on the scene.
He said the truck driver was not injured.
Police are expected to open a culpable homicide docket.
