Two suspects who allegedly robbed a couple at a retirement village in Kabega Park in Gqeberha have been arrested.
Colonel Naidu says a suspect wielding a knife accosted a 71-year-old man while he was smoking outside his home on Wednesday.
She says another suspect entered the premises and ordered the man to go inside his house.
Colonel Naidu says the suspects stole a TV set, a laptop, a wallet and two cell phones with an estimated value of R68 000.
The police are investigating the suspects' possible involvement in other house robbery and theft cases in the Kabega area as well.
Both suspects are expected to appear at the St Albans Magistrates court on Friday.
