Twenty one motorists, arrested over the weekend for drunken driving in Butterworth in the Eastern Cape, are expected to appear in court on Monday.
Police spokesperson, Capt Jackson Manatha says the suspects were arrested on Saturday evening.
He says twelve drunken drivers were arrested at Nqa-mak-we, while the other nine were arrested at Centane.
Manatha says they were all detained for four hours at the police holding cells, and were released on bail of R2000 each.
