Three killed after hitting horse on the N2

Three people were killed after their vehicle hit a horse on the N2 on Friday night.

Spokesperson for Provincial traffic Charles Bramwell says the accident happened shortly before midnight between Mount Ayliff and Mount Frere.

He says three other passengers were injured and taken to hospital.

The names of the deceased have not yet been released.
