Three men from Great Brak River were killed, after the bakkie in which they were travelling plunged down a 100m cliff on Saturday afternoon.
Police say the bodies of the men were still trapped in the vehicle on Sunday morning.
Police suspect that the driver in his 40's lost control of the vehicle at around 3 pm on Saturday afternoon while travelling on the Kleinplaas Road near Friemersheim.
His two passengers, both men, were aged 18 and 26.
An emergency helicopter would be used on Sunday to retrieve the bodies from the wreck.
Police said the bakkie was lying in a bushy area.
A case of culpable homicide has been opened.
