NSRI Wilderness duty crew were called to Voelklip, Herolds Bay, on Sunday following reports of an angler disappearing underwater.
The body of the 32-year-old fisherman from George was spotted in a gully among the rocks after an extensive search.
Earlier in the day, a 31 year-old crewman from Cape Town died of a suspected heart attack on the longline fishing boat Boloko while it was on route to Saldanha Bay.
On Saturday, NSRI Richards Bay duty crew were activated following reports of a fisherman fallen in among the dolosse off the South Pier in Richards Bay Port.
Its believed the fisherman had been swept off the pier by high seas.
He was declared dead at the scene.
