Addo detectives arrested three men after a shop in Langbos in the Addo area was robbed on Friday evening.
Police spokesperson, W/O Basil Seekoei says the suspects, aged between 30 and 34, were arrested on Saturday.
He says the three, two of them armed with firearms and one with a knife, entered the shop and demanded cash.
Seekoei says it is believed that the shop owner managed to run away.
He says the suspects allegedly fired shots at the owner, but he escaped unharmed.
The three men will appear in the Kirkwood Magistrates court on Monday on charges of Business Robbery.
