Three men will make their first appearance in various Magistrates Courts along the Garden Route on Monday on charges of being in possession of drugs.
This follows police patrols in the region this week.
In the first incident in Swellendam, police searched a man in Railton and found a cellphone box with drugs stashed inside.
170 mandrax tablets and five tik straws were confiscated.
In the second incident, Uniondale police patrolled entry and exit routes on the R62 near Haarlem.
Police spokesperson, Seargent Chris Spies says they arrested a Tanzanian national after police found tik in his possession.
On Friday, a man was arrested in Oudtshoorn at the town's taxi rank after police found tik in his possession.
The suspects remain in custody and will be charged with being in possession of drugs.
