It's been almost a year since Gqeberha mom, Vicki Terblanche's body was discovered in a shallow grave in the Greenbushes area.
On Tuesday, the alleged mastermind behind her murder, her estranged husband Arnold, was hoping to find out in the city's high court if he would be released on bail - in what was his third attempt at freedom.
And while the High Court stopped short of granting him bail - it ruled that his bid for bail based on new facts must be heard in the local magistrate's court.
The High Court also ruled that this must happen within the next seven days.
Vicki's body was discovered on the 23rd of October 2021.
Arnold Terblanche, who denies involvement, was arrested in November and has been languishing in prison ever since.
