Two teenagers are due to appear in court in Jansenville on Friday in connection with the murder of 70-year-old farmer Owen Charles.
The teens were arrested with three other people in Knysna on Monday night following a high speed chase with police and traffic police.
A sixth suspect is on the run.
Two of the teens and a 22 year old woman who were injured when they crashed Charles' stolen bakkie, remain in hospital.
Police said the woman has not been linked to the farm attack and is believed to be the girlfriend of the suspect who is still on the run.
Meanwhile, the Democratic Alliance says the communities of Klipplaaat and Jansenville should call for no bail for the suspects when they appear in court.
