Teen has lucky escape following PE shooting

Port Elizabeth police are investigating a case of attempted murder follwing a shooting in Malabar extension six.

Police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Alwin Labans, says an 18-year man was approached by two suspects in Closemore Cresent on Thursday night.

He says one of the suspects pulled out a firearm and fired several shots which missed the teenager.

Labans says the suspects fled on foot.

No arrests have been made.
