Taxi death toll rises to six (pics - not for sensitive viewers)

Port Elizabeth police have identified two of the six people who were killed in a horror accident on the M-4 freeway last night.

Police spokesperson, captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, says they were Mzwandile Lose and Zolan Morti.

She says the other three victims have not yet been formally identified.

However, she said a 15-year-old school-boy who was still in his school uniform was amongst the victims.

They were killed when the taxi, which was reportedly speeding, overturned as it entered the Albany Road off-ramp late yesterday afternoon.

Meanwhile, a 47-year-old warrant officer with the Mthatha crime intelligence unit was one of six people killed in a taxi accident near Tsolo yesterday afternoon.
