Suspects in court for murder of Jeffrey's Bay resident

The three accused in the murder case of Jeffrey's Bay resident Johan Marais appeared briefly in the Humansdorp Magistrate's Court on Monday. 

37 year old Viwe Dabhoyi, 26 year old Sibusiso Doyi and 25 year old Khayalethu Dyindyolo were remanded in custody and the case was postponed to Monday the 28th of August for further investigation.

They face charges ranging from murder to housebreaking and theft.

62 year old Marais was shot and killed by intruders who broke into his Jeffrey's Bay home in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Jeffrey's Bay detectives arrested the suspects within hours of Marais' murder.
