A man who allegedly shot and killed a receptionist outside St George's Hospital in Gqeberha has been found dead.
A spokesperson for police Captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg says the body of the 51-year-old Elgin Maghienda was found at the Beachfront on Monday morning.
She says no foul play is suspected.
On Sunday, Maghienda allegedly went to the hospital where he shot and killed 49-year-old Carol Anne Magielies, just minutes after she finished her shift at work.
He fled on foot and eventually went to a bush dwelling along Marine Drive where he found a place to stay for the night.
Police also found a gun next to his body that will be sent for ballistic testing.
An inquest docket has been opened.
