Suspect arrested after fatal fight over a cigarette

A 49-year-old man is expected to appear in the Storms River Magistrates Court on Monday, where he will be charged with murder.

This, after the body of 56-year-old Karel Ferreira from Woodlands, was found in his house with a stab wound to his chest.

It is alleged that Ferreira and the suspect were both drunk on Saturday afternoon when an argument broke out over a cigarette.

A fight broke out between the two men that led to the fatal stabbing.
