The Sterkspuit Civic Association says it has decided to put its mass action plans in town on hold following Sunday's meeting with the minister of Cooperative Governance Richard Baloyi.
Civic Association chairperson Mcebisi Mgojo says this will allow parties to negotiate further this week.
They are set to meet with the ministerial task team on Wednesday and Thursday.
Schools and shops are running as normal.
Mgojo says their main issues relate to plans of demarcation, lack of service delivery and fraud and corruption.
The Minister agreed to give feedback by the 11th of February
