There is a bit of relief in sight for the drought-stricken Eastern Cape on Tuesday
The Port Elizabeth branch of the SA Weather Service says there is a very good chance of showers and thundershowers over the eastern half of the Eastern Cape on Tuesday afternoon.
Spokesperson, Garth Sampson says this includes the coast and interior, as well as east of Graaff Reinet.
Sampson says five to 10 mm of rain is expected over the entire Eastern Cape, with patches of around 20 mm in the Graaff Reinet and Komani - previously Queenstown - areas.
