Eastern Cape Health MEC Sicelo Gqobana is scheduled to call on Nelson Mandela Bay on Friday, for a sod-turning ceremony at Jose Pearson TB hospital.
His Department, supported by the Coega Development Corporation, is building a pharmacy and out-patients department services at the 230 bed facility.
