Six suspects will appear in court in Stutterheim on Friday on a string of charges including two of murder.
They were arrested by Stutterheim police, assisted by the flying squad and the K-9 unit, during investigations into a robbery on a farm in Kubusiedrift on Monday.
Lieutenant Siphokazi Mawisa says during the arrests, police seized two fire-arms stolen from a farmer during the farm robbery and a third firearm stolen from a man who was murdered in Peelton in November.
Police believe the man's firearm was used in a subsequent robbery in which an Ethiopion spaza shop owner was murdered in Stutterheim last week.
