St Francis Bay police have arrested six suspects in connection with a house robbery in Leige Road.
Police spokesperson, warrant officer Gerda Swart says an 89-year old woman was overpowered in her home last week by the suspects, who threw a blanket over her head,
Swart says police recovered various household items including a TV-set, money and jewellery valued at around R30 000.
The two accused Bongani Tyesi and Lwethu Sidinana were arrested over the weekend, and appeared briefly in the Humansdorp Magistrates court on Monday.
The other four suspects, who were arrested this morning, are due to appear in court on Wednesday on a charge of house robbery.
