Police in Port Elizabeth along with members of the community are searching for a local woman who was last seen on Tuesday afternoon.
The 34-year-old Kathleen Flanagan lives in Walmer and according to her family, her phone and personal belongings are still at home.
Flanagan's emotional father Gavin Flanagan, spoke to Algoa FM News and said his daughter was partially blind and in an emotional state when he last spoke to her.
Kathleen is well known in running circles in Port Elizabeth, however, her father says she did not have her running clothes on when she disappeared.
She is believed to be in possession of her house keys and remote.
A missing person case was opened a short while ago at the Walmer Police station.
Her father Gavin said they'd already searched the beachfront and would now be scouring the Baakens valley where his daughter often goes running.
Police Spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says Kathleen informed her brother not to pick her up for work on Wednesday and left her phone at home.
