Quarrel between two EC youths ends in tragedy

A quarrel between two Eastern Cape youths has ended in tragedy.

Police said a 17-year-old youth was arrested on Saturday for the murder of a 21-year-old man in a village near Centane.

Police spokesperson, Captain Jackson Manatha, said the incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning when the teenager allegedly stabbed the 21-year-old to death at Midange Locality, Qombolo Village, Centane.

He said the teen was arrested and will appear in court on Monday.
