Protest flares up again in Mount Coke area

 Protest action has flared up again on the Mount Coke Road between Ilitha and Ndevana Townships.

Police spokesperson, Major Ernest Sigobe, says protesters have put barricades in the road and were stoning cars.

He says police are monitoring the situation.

Police used rubber bullets and stun grenades to disperse the protesters on Tuesday

No injuries or arrests were reported as yet.
