The South African doctor who was held in Dubai on a charge of manslaughter, will be in Port Elizabeth on Monday.
Professor Cyril Karabus, his wife, Jennifer and lawyer, Michael Bagraim, will meet the media before he delivers a public address this evening.
The 78-year-old Karabus returned home from Dubai in the middle of May after he was eventually acquitted on charges related to the death of a three year old patient he treated for leukemia in 2002.
He spent nine months in Dubai fighting the charges.
Karabus believes his release from the UAE is as a result of the huge amount of support he received from South Africa.
