Western Cape police are searching for a 14-year-old girl from Oudtshoorn, who has been missing since Sunday.
Spokesperson, Captain Louis Visser says Mishanay Beronique Jansen was last seen in the town when she got into a bottle-green Volkswagen Jetta with two men.
He says she has since been missing and police suspect that she might be in George.
Jansen's family says she has only one kidney and unhygienic circumstances can make her sick.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Oudtshoorn police.
