Police in Port Elizabeth have identified the man who was shot and killed in his house in Rademeyer street in Rowallan Park on Monday night.
Spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says detectives have identified him as the 50-year-old Anton Kolesky.
She says on Monday night at about 7 pm, Kolesky asked one of his twin boys, aged 19, to fetch something in his car, when the teenager returned with a suspect holding a gun against his head.
Colonel Naidu says it is alleged that Kolesky jumped up from the couch when he was shot twice.
The victim sustained a bullet wound to the neck and his cheek and died at the scene.
Two suspects fled on foot.
Detectives say nothing was stolen from the house and a manhunt has been launched for the suspects.
