Police hunt suspect after young woman raped

 Port Elizabeth are appealing to the public for help in finding a suspect who allegedly raped a woman during a house robbery in the Newton Park area on Tuesday morning.

Police spokesperson, captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, says the suspect was wearing a blue overall pants and red T-shirt.

She says the suspect has dreadlocked hair and a scar on his right cheek.

Anyone who spots the suspect should call their nearest police station or 10111.

A manhunt is currently underway in the area.
