Port Elizabeth police are continuing the search for the gunmen who shot and killed a man in Algoa Park on Thursday afternoon.
He has been identified as 65-year-old,Hassan Farrah Mahamad, a Somali national who's been living in Port Elizabeth for a long time.
Police spokesperson, Captain Johan Rheeder, says Mahamad was selling cars at an informal dealership in the area when he was approached by four men who had asked to take one of the vehicle's for a test drive.
Mahamad was shot when they returned from the test drive and died at the scene.
The hijacked car was found abandoned near the crime scene following a tip off from an Algoa FM listener who heard an emergency broadcast about the hijacked vehicle.
Anyone who may have information on the whereabouts of the gunmen should contact the police.
