Pedestrian killed on PE road

A Pedestrian has been killed while crossing Swartkops Road in Port Elizabeth on Friday morning.

Police spokesperson, Captain Beetge Beetge says the 53-year-old Mzimkhulu Mkhungu was running across the M19, from Swartkops to KwaZakhele, when he was hit by a white mini-bus.

He says Mkhungu died on the scene.

Police are investigating a case of culpable homicide.
