Port Elizabeth police are investigating a case of culpable homicide after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in Kwazakhele in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Spokesperson, Constable Mncedi Mbombo says according to an eye witness, a Ford Ranger police vehicle hit the man.
According to the witness, the police vehicle didn't stop, and drove off at high speed.
Mbombo says the deceased was indentified by his sister from Soweto on Sea.
