Detectives in Walmer, Port Elizabeth are looking for a woman who went missing after church on Sunday.
Spokesperson Captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg says the 52-year-old Anneke Gouws lives in a Mental Health facility in Walmer and attended church in Albert road with a group of people on Sunday.
She says Gouws was seen leaving the church and was allegedly spotted at 5 ways Spar later that afternoon.
Police visited hospitals in the area but were unable to trace her.
