The death toll from last night's taxi accident on the M-4 motorway in Port Elizabeth has risen to six.
Police spokesperson, captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, says three people died in hospital Thursday night.
Three people died on the scene when the taxi overturned as it entered the Albany Road off-ramp late Thursday afternoon.
Janse Van Rensburg says four passengers are still in hospital.
The names of the deceased will be made know later on Friday.
