Port Elizabeth police have appealed for help in identifying the body of a man found shot to death in Motherwell.
Police spokesperson, Captain Andre’ Beetge, said Monday that the man’s body was found on the R334 road next to Motherwell unit 29.
“The 1.66metre 50kilogram slender built body of this man was found by patrolling police members on 11 June 2017 at about 08:00. He was found with three fatal gunshot wounds to his head and upper body,” Beetge said.
“He was dressed in a black and white striped jersey, blue jeans and blue and white takkies.”
Beetge said anyone who could assist police in identifying the victim of may have information that could assist police to solve this murder, can contact the investigator, Detective Constable Mfusi Tala at 078 954 1074.
