The Port Elizabeth Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit is urgently trying to trace an 8-year old boy from Barcelona in Gelvandale.
Spokesperson, Col Pricilla Naidu says according to police information, Recolin Keagan Witbooi was last seen at 1.30 on Saturday afternoon playing with friends in Uranus Street.
She says he did not return to his home, which is also in Uranus Street.
Naidu says he was wearing a black hoodie top, black tracksuit pants and a pair of white Nike takkies.
Anyone who may have seen him or may know his whereabouts is asked to contact the nearest police station.
