Two Port Elizabeth men arrested in connection with the beachfront shooting in which one person died, made a brief court appearance on Tuesday.
Police spokesperson, Colonel Priscilla Naidu, said that 23-year-old Cheslan Jordaan and 30-year-old Jeremy Stokes, were remanded in custody.
They will be back in court again next Tuesday.
They have been charged with the murder of 27-year-old Mervin Draghoender, who died after being wounded in the incident.
A 16-year-old girl who was shot in the head remains in hospital while a third person who was assaulted with a beer bottle, has been discharged.
Naidu said the case is being investigated by the Provincial Gang Investigation Unit.
