A 38 year old man was shot and killed in Korsten, Port Elizabeth on Friday night.
Police Spokesperson Warrant Officer Alwin Labans says Ricardo Vaaltyn was approached by two men who fired multiple shots at him.He died at the scene.Meanwhile an 18 year old was shot and wounded following a suspected gang related incident in Calvert Street, Gelvandale shortly after seven o clock in the evening.Labans says four men approached the victim's house and threw a petrol bomb against the wall, however it failed to ignite after which the suspects climbed onto the roof .
Labans says the men fired multiple shots through the roof hitting the victim twice.
Police have asked for anybody with information on this incident to come forward.
