Port Elizabeth police are investigating a case of murder after a man was shot and killed outside his New Brighton home on Sunday night.
Spokesperson, Captain Andre Beetge says the 49-year old Zola Ncocho arrived home just before midnight and was busy opening the gate in his driveway when he was shot and killed by unknown attackers.
He says his vehicle, a grey Chevrolet Cruze was taken by his killers.
Beetge says the car was found abandoned in Kwazakele on Monday morning, just a few kilometres away from the murder scene.
Police are urging anybody with information that could assist them in the investigation, to contact the nearest police station.
