A 40 year old man was arrested in Kabega Park on Saturday after he allegedly pointed his firearm at motorists.
Police Spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says police received several calls from the public about a man standing on the N2 off ramp near Westering, pointing his firearm at passing motorists.
Police responded to the scene and had to overpower the suspect who also pointed the gun at them. It was later discovered that he was in possession of a toy gun.
