Mossel Bay police have launched a manhunt for four suspects after a man was shot during a robbery at business premises in Kwanonqaba.
Police said the incident happened Asla Park on Monday afternoon when the robbers, dressed in blue overalls, entered and demanded money.
Spokesperson Sergeant Chris Spies says during the robbery and argument broke out with one of the patrons and a shot went off.
He says the patron sustained a serious injury and was taken to a hospital in Mossel Bay where he succumbed to his injuries.
Anyone who may have information pertinent to the case should contact Kwanonqaba detectives.
