A small group of residents from Parsons Vlei in Port Elizabeth held a protest outside the city's High Court on Tuesday.
This, as they continue their battle against efforts to evict from the land that has been earmarked for a mixed used development mooted to be around R5b.
The company Westbrook, which acquired the land in 2007 for the development, has obtained an interdict to prevent the residents from, among other things, damaging their property and attacking workers.
In its founding affidavit, Westbrook, says its suffering extreme prejudice by delays in getting the residents moved to alternative land.
