PA driving instructor charged with sexual assault

A Port Alfred driving instructor has made an appearance in the town's magistrates court for the alleged sexual assault of an elderly woman.

Police spokesperson, Lt Luvuyo Mjekula says the 40-year-old man is out on bail.

"The charges stem from an incident on the 28 February in which he allegedly sexually assaulted an elderly woman during a driving lesson at Shelley Beach in Port Alfred," he said.

Mjekula says the case was postponed to the 29th April for further investigation.
