Police continued with the ongoing operation Fiela in different parts of the Eastern Cape this week.
The focus was on Port Elizabeth, East London and Lady Frere on Thursday.
Police says they seized a variety of drugs, illegal electronic devices, and illegal firearms.
Police also patrolled in the different areas, and traffic fines for a total of R39 000 were issued in Port Elizabeth and East London.
Six suspects were arrested for the possession of drugs - five in the Lady Frere area, and one in Port Elizabeth.
Eastern Cape Police Commissioner, Lieutenant-General Celiwe Binta, says Operation Fiela is set to continue in the Eastern Cape.
