Port Elizabeth police are investigating a case of murder and attempted murder following the latest bout of suspected gang violence.
Police spokesperson, warrant officer Alwin Labans, says a 45 year old man was shot in the head while a 17 year old youth was wounded in the leg when a lone gunman opened fire.
He says five shots were fired at four men sitting in the back of a house in Borchard Street in Gelvandale shortly after 10pm on Tuesday evening.
