Controversial Nigerian pastor, Timothy Omotoso, will face an additional charge of racketeering, together with 18 charges of Human trafficking, 13 of Rape and 16 of sexual assault.
The two women who were arrested in November at Redhouse, outside Port Elizabeth appeared alongside Omotoso in the dock.
The 36-year-old Lusanda Sulani from Durban and the 28-year-old Zukiswa Sitho from Port Elizabeth were arrested on charges of recruiting young girls for Omotoso and monitoring their movements, but they will now face all the same charges as the pastor.
Omotoso, however, is facing five additional charges relating to the Contravention of the Immigration Act.
The women, who are both out on bail of R2000 each went to great lengths shielding their identity with umbrellas and jackets, before being whisked away in a luxury vehicle.
Omotoso remains in custody.
The case has been postponed until the 29th of January 2018 to centralize the case.
